Battery Vehicles Service

1. The battery vehicle is provided for passengers in need of special assistance such as: the elderly (65 years old or above), the sick, the disabled, the pregnant and passengers with infants. Each passenger in need of special assistance can be accompanied by one other person. Passengers in need of special assistance should show their boarding pass and valid identification documents before taking the vehicle.

2. Free battery vehicles are available since April 15, 2018.

Locations:

(1) Domestic departures: Battery Vehicle Station is near Gate 21 (restricted areas).

(2) Domestic arrivals: Battery Vehicle Stations are on the east and west sides of the concourse intersection and at the end of east, west and north concourse(restricted areas).

(3) Ground transport center (GTC): Battery Vehicle Station is on the second floor of Terminal 3.

Service Hours

1. Domestic departure hall: 5:10 am - 11:30 pm

2. Domestic arrival hall: 7:30 am - 02:30 am

3. GTC: 7:30 am - 2:30 am

Note:

1. The speed limit of battery vehicle within the building is 10 km/h. It is used to help those who cannot walk easily but not the passengers who has limited time on catching their flights.

2. The battery vehicle is limited to 3 passengers (adults). Passengers should use its in accordance with the staff's guidance.
