Parking lots of Shenzhen Airport are open to all medium and small-sized non-commercial vehicles and online car-hailing vehicles to the airport. These parking lots are equipped with parking spaces with or without charging piles for small cars and large and medium buses.
The parking lots provide such facilities as charging piles, power bank rental machines, self-service vending machines of drinks, etc., and services including Q&A, vehicle location, accessible parking space reservation, jump-start assistance, air inflation, etc.
To meet the parking needs of different passengers, the P4 parking spaces for non-commercial vehicles allow long-term parking, where extended parking (>24 hours) fees will be discounted. Free 24/7 shuttle buses to Terminals are available.

Reminder: Starting from June 1, 2022, Shenzhen Airport’s P1, P2, and P4 parking lots will implement parking fee reductions for eligible new energy vehicles (NEVs). The final billing time for NEVs is calculated by subtracting the valid charging time from the total parking time in these parking lots. A maximum of 2 hours (inclusive) can be subtracted per day. The valid time for subtraction shall be subject to the back-end system of the charging piles. |

1.Car owners who made payment by scanning the parking payment QR code with WeChat, or via WeChat payment code, Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport WeChat official account or UnionPay contactless payment service may collect the electronic invoice by choosing "Parking Payment Electronic Invoice – Instant Invoicing" in Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport WeChat official account.
2.Car owners who made payment by scanning the parking payment QR code with Alipay, or via Alipay payment code, Alipay contactless payment service or UnionPay contactless payment service may collect the electronic invoice after completing information in "Airport Service - Home - Parking Service - Electronic Invoice" in Shenzhen Airport applet.
3.Car owners who made payment with ETC/E-Serve may collect the electronic invoice according to the prompts after entering the "Electronic Invoice" section in E-Serve App. (For ETC cards issued in provinces other than Guangdong, manual entry of ETC number is required.)
4.Car owners who made payment with cash, self-service payment machines, and Shenzhen Airport applet may collect the paper invoice at the manual service window at the exit of the parking lot on the same day.
Note:1.The invoice must be collected within 2 months after payment.
2.If an error occurred in your first invoice, you may select Re-invoicing in the invoicing history and there is only one chance to re-invoice.
3.If the invoice is not received in your mailbox, please resend to the mailbox.
4.ETC does not support invoice reissuance for the time being.

All parking lots are equipped with available parking spaces. Please call 23456789 for reservation. According to the No.[2020]787 Document of the Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, parking of disabled people with special motor vehicles is free of charge for up to 1 day (24 hours and below). For parking exceeding 1 day, charges will be calculated with one day deducted and as per the fee standard. |

Charging piles: 100 AC piles in Area A on the first floor of parking lot P1, F8 area on the first floor of parking lot P2, and H area on the first basement floor respectively; 6 supercharging piles in L10 area of parking lot P3, and 280 charging piles (including 130 fast charging piles and 150 slow charging piles) in parking lot P4. |

At each parking lot’s elevator entrance, the convenience service counter is set for free services such as jump-start assistance, inflating tires, changing tires, car clothing, wheelchairs, etc. Please call 23456789 for services. |

In the convenience service counters, hemostatic stickers, iodine, and other medical supplies are provided. Each parking lot is equipped with an AED defibrillator at the elevator entrance. Please call 23456789 for help. |
