Shenzhen Airport Once Again Won the “Excellent Service Quality Award” for Airports with Over 10 Million Passengers per Year
On May 11, the China Civil Airports Association, the China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology and the CAAC News held the Release Conference of the 2022 Civil Airport Service Quality Evaluation Report to jointly release the 2022 Civil Airport Service Quality Evaluation Report and the civil airport service quality evaluation results in 2022. Shenzhen Airport once again won the “Excellent Service Quality Award” for airports with over 10 million passengers per year, in addition to the“World’s Most Improved Airline” award and the first place in CAPSE annual comprehensive evaluation it has won in this year.
The service quality evaluation of civil airports is jointly organized and carried out by the China Civil Airports Association, the China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology and the CAAC News on an annual basis. In 2022, a total of 100 airports across China participated in the evaluation. Based on the principle of "passenger experience first", this evaluation comprehensively and objectively presents the airport service quality status through a multi-dimensional, whole-process and comprehensive evaluation perspective. The evaluation indicators cover four dimensions of passenger satisfaction, flight normality, airline satisfaction and complaint management. This comprehensive and authoritative evaluation serves as an important reference for airports across the country to continuously improve their services.
In recent years, Shenzhen Airport has always adhered to the industry tenet of "people's aviation for the people" and the concept of "sincere service", continuously optimized service supply, and has been committed to providing excellent flight service experience. According to the China Civil Airport Service Quality Evaluation Index System and the Civil Airport Passenger Service Quality (T/CCAATB0007-2020), Shenzhen Airport has further improved its service quality, and made considerable efforts to ensure flight normality, better passenger travel processes, and richer flight service experience, so as to create a comfortable, convenient and pleasant travel environment for passengers.
