Shenzhen Airport Put One Card (Code) for All Access in Full Trial
The “One Card (Code) for All Access”, previously piloted in Shenzhen Airport, has now been in full trial for domestic flight passengers. Instead of presenting ID cards or boarding passes, passengers only need to register and obtain their flight codes to enjoy all services.
Initially, Shenzhen Airport upgraded and improved its full-process facilities for passenger travel regarding standards, processes, data, hardware, etc., and put the “One Card (Code) for All Access” service into trial at the end of 2023. It has been operating well and used by over 600 passengers, bringing a convenient and smooth experience.
During this Spring Festival travel season, domestic flight passengers departing from Shenzhen Airport can register and obtain flight codes on “Convenient Travel of Civil Aviation”, a mini program of the Civil Aviation Administration of Chin on Alipay. This service is available to all domestic flight passengers who have purchased tickets with second-generation ID cards. It enables a passenger to handle all processes, from check-in, baggage drop-off, and security checks to boarding with only one flight code on mobile phone. Next, Shenzhen Airport will continually enhance the “One Card (Code) for All Access” service with airlines, OTA platforms, and other partners by expanding channels for obtaining flight codes to better meet passengers’ unique and diverse travel needs.
