On August 28, Shenzhen Airport Jiangmen Terminal (SAJT) was officially opened, which is another important measure for Shenzhen Airport to seize the major strategic opportunity of the opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, actively extend the service chain to the west bank of the Pearl River Estuary, and expand the aviation hinterland. It is a comfortable and convenient travel option for Jiangmen citizens to take flights in Shenzhen, facilitating travel between Shenzhen and Jiangmen.

It is understood that SAJT is located next to the Longwan Interchange in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, only three minutes’ drive from the Longwan Expressway. Covers an area of about 1,000 square meters, SAJT has check-in areas, waiting areas, rest areas and other spaces, as well as a professional team dispatched by Shenzhen Airport providing passengers with one-stop services such as inquiry, check-in, waiting, and business negotiation.

With the opening of SAJT, the number of daily round trips of the Shenzhen-Jiangmen Airport Express has increased from 24 to 32. Buses depart from Jiangmen from 4:30 AM to 9:00 PM and depart from Shenzhen Airport from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (operating hours may be slightly adjusted depending on actual conditions).
