Shenzhen Airport Wins ACI’s Best Airport in Asia-Pacific Award for Fifth Consecutive Year

Recently, Airports Council International (ACI) announced the winners of the 2024 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards, with Shenzhen Airport securing three prestigious honors: Best Airport in Asia-Pacific (Over 40 Million Passengers Per Year), Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Asia-Pacific, and Cleanest Airport in Asia-Pacific, demonstrating international recognition of its operational capabilities, service quality, and facility standards.

The ACI ASQ program evaluates airports based on passenger experience, covering over 30 key performance indicators, and is widely regarded for its scientific rigor and objectivity. In 2024, more than 300 airports worldwide participated in the assessment. Shenzhen Airport achieved a global No. 1 ranking (tied) in overall performance and was awarded the “Best Airport in Asia-Pacific (Over 40 Million Passengers Per Year)” title for the fifth consecutive year.

In the recently released CAPSE 2024 Airport Service Brand Index, Shenzhen Airport’s service brand ranked first in China, with its “Love All the Way” brand identity and innovation metrics leading the industry. Over the years, Shenzhen Airport has refined its “Love All the Way” service brand, continuously enhancing its brand-building framework. Adopting a “Five-Star Standard”, the airport has developed a “1+N” service matrix, offering tailored solutions for diverse passenger groups and travel stages. Notable service innovations include “Easy Security Check”, “Seat Guaranteed” taxi waiting experience, “Door-to-Door Luggage”, and a child-friendly travel system, collectively forming a distinctive Shenzhen-style service sub-brand portfolio.

In 2024, Shenzhen Airport launched three new sub-brands under its “Love All the Way” service initiative — “Guard with Love,” “Love for Pets,” and “Love for Seniors” — expanding the total number of sub-brands to 11. These efforts extended the airport's “Five-Star Service” to a wider range of passenger groups and service needs, further enhancing its reputation. To date, the “Love All the Way” brand has earned over ten national, provincial, and municipal accolades.

Moving forward, Shenzhen Airport will remain committed to its people-centric philosophy, deepening the “Love All the Way” brand development to build a more international, intelligent, and humanized aviation hub, delivering an even more exceptional travel experience for global passengers.
