As the founder of Lamy, a German writing tool brand, C. Josef Lamy founded the Orthos füllfederhalter Fabrik in Heidelberg in 1930, initiating the brilliant history of Lamy. In 1952, Lamy 27 streamlined ink pen, equipped with “Tintomatik” system, came out to show the company’s keen sense of innovation. In 1966, Gerd A.Müller finally created Lamy 2000 series, a modern masterpiece which was deeply refreshing. The product is a perfect mix of polycarbonate and stainless steel, which makes it stand out from all kinds of writing tools. Today, it is still influential in the market.
