Ajisen Ramen was founded in Japan in 1968. Over the past 50 years, Ajisen has been focusing on and constantly upgrading the big-bone soup technique with the original intention of authentic Japanese ramen. It grows rapidly into an international catering group. In March 2007, Ajisen China was listed on the main board of the stock exchange of Hong Kong, becoming the first catering chain company of Chinese mainland listed in Hong Kong. Up to now, Ajisen Ramen has entered 13 countries and become a world ramen brand with more than 800 stores worldwide.
