    In 2016, Mr. Chen Pengpeng founded the first Chaozhou cuisine restaurant in Shenzhen featuring braised goose as its specialty. He innovatively upgraded over a dozen traditional braised goose recipes, eliminating the use of old brine and opting for on-site braising for a healthier approach.
