② VIP room pricing is: First Class fare ¥399 x the number of people specified for the VIP room (sold per room).
③ Refund rules: Tickets are valid for the same day and class. A refund fee of 10% of the ticket amount will be charged for each ticket applied for before 60 minutes from the ticket time (inclusive); a refund fee of 15% of the ticket amount will be charged for each ticket applied for less than 60 minutes from the ticket time; a refund fee of 20% of the ticket amount will be charged for each ticket applied for 60 minutes after sailing (inclusive); a refund fee of 30% of the ticket amount will be charged for each ticket applied for after 60 minutes from sailing to 24 hours from the ticket time (inclusive); no refund will be made after 24 hours from the ticket time.
④ No change of ticket is available for this route.
⑤ Tickets should be purchased in real name, and the name of the person, on the ticket and on the ID card should be identical.
⑥ Check-in gate will closed 5 minutes before ferry departure at Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes before ferry departure at Macao.
