Notes to Customers:
1.1 Children aged 0 to 1 year (excluding) are free; children aged 1 to 6 years (excluding) are required to purchase a child’s ticket, passengers aged 6 years (including) and above are required to purchase an adult ticket.Child ticket only available for economy class.
1.2 VIP cabin pricing is 2680RMB,sell per cabin.
1.3 Refund rules: Tickets are valid for the same day and class. A refund fee of 10% of the ticket amount will be charged for each ticket applied for before 60 minutes from the ticket time (inclusive); a refund fee of 15% of the ticket amount will be charged for each ticket applied for less than 60 minutes from the ticket time; a refund fee of 20% of the ticket amount will be charged for each ticket applied for 60 minutes after sailing (inclusive); a refund fee of 30% of the ticket amount will be charged for each ticket applied for after 60 minutes from sailing to 24 hours from the ticket time (inclusive); no refund will be made after 24 hours from the ticket time.
1.4 No change of ticket is available for this route.
1.5 Tickets should be purchased in real name, and the name of the person, on the ticket and on the ID card should be identical.
1.6 Check-in gate will closed 5 minutes before departure at Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes before ferry daparture at Macao Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal.
