Departures

Please follow the signs in the terminal to the departures hall on the 4th floor or use the indoor navigation function of the Shenzhen Airport Mini Program in WeChat.

Due to variations in airline regulations, it is recommended that you arrive at the airport at least 3-4 hours in advance of your domestic flight to allow sufficient time for check-in.

Please present your boarding pass, passport, and visa to the agent at the designated check-in counters at Aisle D and E, go through check-in procedures and have your baggage checked.

At Shenzhen Airport, the cut-off time for international and regional flights is 45 minutes before the scheduled departure, after which boarding pass and baggage check-in services are not available.

If you have any articles that need to be declared to customs, please go through the declaration procedures at the customs declaration counter and use the "Declarations" channel (red channel) for customs clearance. If you do not have articles to declare, please use the "Nothing-to-Declare" channel (green channel).

After the security check, please go to your boarding gate (shown on the boarding pass or the FIDS:Flight Information Display System) to wait for your flight.

To ensure smooth boarding, please pay attention to the announcements or the boarding screen information. Under normal circumstances, the boarding gates for domestic flights will be closed 20 minutes before departure.
